Introduction

Endo Cutter and Reload is used to cut and suture tissue in open and endoscopic surgeries. The specific application mode is listed as follows:


Firstly, cutting and stapling tissue, such as intestine transection, sleeve-shaped resection of subtotal gastrectomy, gastric bypass surgery, cutting and stapling large vessels or bronchi, cutting lung tissue to make fissure lung, and pulmonary wedge resection.

Secondly, side-to-side anastomosis of digestive tract or functional end-to-end anastomosis, such as side-to-side anastomosis of gastric-jejunum, trigonal anastomosis of gastroduodenal, etc.

Thirdly, closing the incision on GI or the joint incision on GI after side-to-side anastomosis.

TGS Medical Endo Cutter releases 6 rows of staples when firing, and the cutting line is in the middle of them. Unequally stepped closed staple heights design provides better blood supplying for sutured tissue and better hemostasis for incisal edge, much more conforming to the principle of surgical suturing and hemostasis.
